BEAVER, WV (LOOTPRESS) – New River Community and Technical College has announced Chelsea Bricker as its new Director of Communications.
In her new role, Bricker will manage all internal and external communications for the college, including marketing, media relations, and brand management.

As a member of the President’s Cabinet, she will also help advance New River CTC’s mission of providing accessible, affordable, quality education across West Virginia.
Bricker brings extensive experience in marketing and communications. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication, both from West Virginia University.
“I’m excited to join the leadership team at New River CTC and help share the stories of our students, faculty, and programs,” Bricker said.
“The college has a powerful impact on our communities, and I look forward to highlighting that work.”
A native of Oak Hill, Bricker will also serve as the primary contact for media inquiries, advertising opportunities, and public relations initiatives for the college.
