SUMMERSVILLE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Nicholas County man is in jail on several charges.
According to deputies, James Brim attempted to commit a violent injury to his wife. Deputies say that Brim also performed an unsafe act with a firearm during a verbal altercation with the victim, creating a substantial risk of serious bodily harm or death. Deputies found two marijuana plants inside the home.
Brim is charged with two counts of cultivation of marijuana, wanton endangerment, and domestic assault. He is currently in Central Regional Jail under a 10,500 dollar bond.
