NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Richwood man faces charges after he allegedly struck his wife in the head with a flashlight.
According to Nicholas County Deputies, Wesley Andrew Hice struck his wife’s head with a flashlight, causing bleeding, swelling, and dizziness. Â Deputies also say that Hice fired a handgun in the air and continued to yell and cuss at his wife.
Hice was armed with a handgun while on the property while striking his wife in the head with a flashlight.
Hice is charged with shooting within 500 feet of a dwelling, malicious assault, and brandishing a deadly weapon.
