NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Nicholas County man is facing sexual abuse charges.
According to deputies, on August 4, 2021, Jimmy Dale Bennett touched a female juvenile inappropriately and took pictures of the young child.
Bennett is charged with first-degree sexual abuse. He is currently in Central Regional Jail.
