NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man faces charges after trying to solicit a minor for sex.
According to officials, between March 1, 2023, and March 20, 2023, James Tackett had been communicating with a 15-year-old female. Â During the conversation, Tackett asked the juvenile if she could take him and sent her a picture of his penis.
Tackett planned to have sex with the juvenile. Â The two were going to meet at a location in Mount Nebo.
Tackett is charged with soliciting a minor via a computer and soliciting a minor for sex. Â He is being held in Central Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar bond.
