NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A man is facing charges after making terroristic threats toward Gov. Jim Justice, Senator Joe Manchin, the Nicholas County Board of Education, and two other people.
According to WV State Police, David Cunningham made a threatening post and video on social media. In a post, Cunningham said, “Come on, someone piss me off. Get me going early; I’m ready for an obstacle any of you [explicit] turds throw out there today. Bring it; you can’t hurt my hurt anymore.” “Stupid come on, I got something 4 you; I want you to say hi to my little friend. “…I’ve been preparing for this for years; my AR-15 has got a real itchy finger”.
Cunningham has a prior domestic battery conviction in Nicholas County, prohibiting him from having a firearm.
Cunningham is charged with terroristic threats. He is being held in Central Regional Jail under a 52,000 cash-only bond.
