HURRICANE, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The top-ranked Princeton Tigers continued their undefeated run Friday night, cruising to a 55–8 road victory over Class AAAA Hurricane.
With the win, Princeton improved to 9–0 on the season, maintaining its spot atop the Class AAA standings and showcasing the same offensive firepower that has defined its year.
The Tigers jumped out to an early lead and never looked back, controlling the pace of the game on both sides of the ball.
Princeton’s high-powered offense found the end zone repeatedly, while the defense stifled the Redskins’ attack, limiting Hurricane’s scoring opportunities throughout the night.
The victory further cements the Tigers as one of the state’s most complete teams as they near the end of the regular season.
Princeton will look to finish its perfect campaign next week when it travels to South Charleston to face the Black Eagles.
