FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Northbound lanes of Interstate 77 on the West Virginia Turnpike in Fayette County are closed following a tractor-trailer crash, according to WV511.
The crash was reported near mile marker 60. Officials said the northbound roadway is shut down while emergency crews respond to the scene.
Authorities have not released information about possible injuries or what caused the crash. It is also unclear when the roadway will reopen.
Motorists traveling through the area are advised to expect delays and use alternate routes if possible.
