OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) — Excitement is building as more than 30 vendors prepare to take part in this year’s Nightmare on Main event, happening Saturday, October 25, at 6 p.m. Organizers say the community response has been incredible—but there’s still room for more vendors to join in on the fun.
“This is a great way for local businesses, churches, and organizations to connect with the community and showcase what they have to offer,” organizers said. “It’s not just about Oak Hill—it’s about celebrating our entire local region.”
In past years, Nightmare on Main has drawn thousands of visitors, with last year’s event alone bringing in around 1,000 children for an evening of trick-or-treating, games, and Halloween festivities along Main Street. With this year’s pleasant weather forecast, attendance is expected to be even higher.
Event organizers are encouraging vendors to sign up quickly to secure their spot and help make Main Street a lively hub of activity.
📣 Vendor Update – Setup Time Change
Due to the large number of participants, vendor setup will now begin at 4:00 p.m., an hour earlier than previously scheduled. Vendors are asked not to arrive before 4:00 p.m. to allow for safe and efficient parking and setup.
“This event is shaping up to be our best one yet,” organizers added. “We’re so grateful for the support of our amazing vendors and community partners who make it all possible.”
