OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An Oak Hill man is facing felony charges in Fayette County. Sheriff Mike Fridley provides the following information regarding this incident.
On November 27, 2022, Deputies responded to a residence in Glen Jean at the Mountainair Mobile Home park for a possible Domestic Violence Petition violation. Upon arrival, the victim informed deputies that a male whom she had a DVP, had entered her home via an unlocked door. While there the male argued and stole the phone of the victim before fleeing.
Joshua J Daniels, 29 of Oak Hill, was found today after a short foot pursuit and was charged with the felony offense of Entering without Breaking (Daytime) as well as the misdemeanor offenses of Violation of a DVP, and petit larceny. Daniels was transported to Southern Regional Jail to await court proceedings.
