OAK HILL, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An Oak Hill man faces child abuse charges after he allegedly choked a young girl.
According to Oak Hill Police, the victim and her mom told investigators that Alfred Jennings choked her. The victim said that Jennings would do this when he would drink alcohol. The victim says that Jennings choked her while she was asleep, and she woke up screaming.
Pictures were provided to investigators that showed marks on the victim’s neck.
Jennings is charged with three counts of child abuse and is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 35,000 dollar bond.
