OCEANA, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Wyoming County man was charged after allegedly stealing 40 feet of tubular copper from a business.
According to Oceana Police, a business owner informed police that he had video footage of a man, identified as Paul Derick York, 31, of Oceana, stealing 40 feet of tubular copper.
The stolen copper allegedly cost 250 dollars.
York is charged with petit larceny. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 500 dollar cash-only bond.
