PARKERSBURG, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Deputies with the Wood County Sheriff’s Department responded to a reported fight at the Omelett Shoppe on East 7th Street in Parkersburg on January 1.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke with a witness who reported that a man involved in the altercation was sitting in a van in the parking lot.
The man, identified as Antonio Ricardo Foster, 42, of West Crest Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio, had a cut and bruise on his temple.
He claimed he was not struck but had fallen down a ramp outside a bar he had left earlier.
A local check revealed Foster had an active warrant from Meigs County, Ohio, for charges of possession of methamphetamine and trafficking in methamphetamine.
Deputies arrested Foster on a fugitive from justice charge and transported him to a holding center for processing.
