KANAWHA COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A person was killed early Wednesday morning in a crash involving a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer on U.S. Route 60 in Kanawha County.
According to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 3:45 a.m. in the 5800 block of U.S. Route 60 in the Rand area.
Deputies said a passenger vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer. One person inside the passenger vehicle died as a result of the crash.
No additional information, including the identity of the victim or the circumstances leading up to the collision, was immediately released. The crash remains under investigation by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
