BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Over 25,000 customers are currently without power this morning.
A bulk of the state remains under a Wind Advisory through the afternoon today with gusts up to 50 MPH possible.
Yesterday, many areas saw wind gusts climb over 50 MPH resulting in multiple downed trees, damage to homes and businesses, and of course power outages.
As of 10 AM Saturday, 26,343 customers are without power in the Mountain State.
More power outages may be possible throughout the day today as gusty winds persist.

MonPower: 14,691 outages
Harrison Rural Electrification: 46 outages
