MINGO COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Mingo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying individuals connected to the theft of a telephone line in Mingo County.
According to a Facebook post from the sheriff’s office, deputies are seeking information about the driver of a vehicle and other persons believed to be responsible for stealing a telephone line.
Authorities said the vehicle and the stolen line were discovered Friday morning on Calico Mountain in the Beech Creek area of the county.
Officials did not release a description of the vehicle or any suspects in the post but urged anyone with information about the incident to contact the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation remains ongoing.
