WYTHEVILLE, VA (LOOTPRESS) – The Wytheville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ricky Dalton Hess, a 29-year-old man from Honaker, Virginia, who is currently wanted on multiple felony and misdemeanor warrants.
Hess is facing charges that include felony possession of stolen property and obstruction of justice. Authorities say he fled on foot from a stolen vehicle on May 19, 2025, in the area of North 4th Street, near the Harbor Freight parking lot.
Hess remains at large, and law enforcement is urging anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately. He should not be approached.
