ALDERSON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Mon Power has announced a planned power outage in the vicinity of Alderson, West Virginia, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, to facilitate facility upgrades.
The outage is scheduled to last from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will affect approximately 450 customers.
Downtown Alderson will not be impacted by the outage.
In the event of inclement weather, the work will be rescheduled for Friday, December 13, 2024.
Mon Power has begun notifying affected customers via automated phone calls to the numbers associated with their accounts.
Customers are advised to plan accordingly for the service interruption.
