Bluefield -Independence pounded out 21 hits and Bluefield committed seven errors in a 22-3 win for the Patriots.
Degan Williams had four hits and three RBI to lead the Patriots, while Blake Stratton , Levi Barnett, Cole Cunningham and , Hunter Milam and Orion Wills had two RBI each.
Stratton had a triple, while Andrew Coalson and Barnett each had a double.
Trenton Swauger and Anthony Buzzo both had a double and an RBI for the Beavers.
Liberty 10, Mount View 0 (6 innings)
The Raiders scored five runs in the opening frame and went on to beat Mount View 10-0 in six innings Wednesday in Glen Daniel.
Isaac Williams smacked a triple and had three RBI for Liberty, while Colton Tolliver had a double and drove in two runs.
Landon Hall had two hits and Isaac Davis had two RBI for the Raiders.
Talan McGraw allowed just two hits and fanned 10 Golden Knights to get the win.
Nicholas County 5, Herbert Hoover 1
Summersville – Nicholas County hung five on Herbert Hoover in the bottom of the second to take a 5-1 decision over the Huskies.
Cole Brown went 6 2/3 innings allowing just one hit with nine strikeouts to take the win on the hill.
Grayson Kesterson had two doubles and an RBI, while Caleb Burns had three hits including a double. Brown, Ira Mylott and Jackson Triplett each had an RBI in the win.
