Calvary Christian 57, Oak Hill 54
Stevie Hicks poured in 22 points in the second half to lead Calvary Christian past Oak Hill 57-54 in the consolation game of the Burger King Division Thursday night in the Little General Battle for the Armory.
Hicks finished with 29 points to lead all scorers and grabbed eight rebounds. Isaiah Bosley tallied 12 for the Patriots and Dallas Johnson scored eight.
Calvary was 9-for-22 from behind the arc with four coming from Bosley.
Trevor Kelly paced the Red Devils with 15 points and Malachi Lewis scored 10. Omar Lewis and Ethan Vargo-Thomas added nine points each.
Calvary outscored the Red Devils 18-13 in the final period to collect the win.
Charleston Catholic 79, Mt. Hope Christian 52
Charleston Catholic raced out to a 38-18 lead at halftime and went on to a 79-52 win over Mt. Hope Christian in the Pepsi Division consolation game Thursday at the Little General Battle for the Armory.
Jayallen Turner led the Irish with 16 points and six rebounds, while Wilkes Aliff scored 13 and Gio Cinco added 12.
Max Wilcox and Zaden Ramsey finished with eight points apiece for Catholic.
Josiah McKoy had a double-double for Mt. Hope Christian and led all scorers with 26 points while grabbing 10 rebounds. Nolan Carney added 18 points.
