Chapmanville 58, Wyoming East 33
Chapmanville – The homestanding Tigers outscored Wyoming East 22-6 in the third quarter and rolled to a 58-33 win Tuesday night in their Class AA Region 3 co-final clash at Danny Godby Gymnasium.
Sal Dean led the charge with a game-high 26 points for Chapmanville, while Zion Blevins scored 13 points and Devon Workman added 11.
Cole Lambert led the Warriors with 13 points and Bryson Huff scored nine.
Chapmanville earned the No. 3 seed at the state boys basketball tournament and will play No. 6 seed Ravenswood Wednesday, March 15 at 9:30 a.m.
