Beckley 64, Huntington 43
Huntington – Beckley went on the road Thursday night and rolled past longtime rival Huntington, 64-43.
Zyon Hawthorne led the Flying Eagles with 21 points, while Jaylon Walton recorded another double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Coby Dillon and Preston Clary each scored 12 points with Dillon handing out six assists and Clary grabbing six rebounds.
A.J. Thomas and Gage Burdette added two points each.
Beckley is back in action Thursday in the New River CTC Tournament at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center against Cabell Midland at 8 p.m.
Summit Christian Academy 72, Summers County 54
Princeton – Summit Christian Academy rolled to its 10th win of the season with a 72-52 win over Summers County Thursday night.
Eli Patton scored 21 points, while M.J. Patton added 20 points, nine assists and six steals. Chance Watkins had a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds to go along with five assists.
Kyler Carpenter tossed in nine points and Gage Thompson had six.
Damien Fullen led the Bobcats with 15 points and Ryan Oliveros added 11.
