The No. 5-ranked Crusaders jump out to a 25-9 lead over No. 9 Tug Valley and routed the Panthers 80-49 in a battle of Class A titans Tuesday.
Kaden Smallwood led all scorer with 23 for Greater Beckley followed by Kendrick Wilson with 19, John Rose with 13 and Sean-David Kadjo with 12.
Joey Gollihue scored 20 for Tug Valley and Ethan Colegrove had 15.

Summersville – Class AAA No. 1 Shady Spring doubled-up Nicholas County in the opening half and pulled away for a 74-37 win over the Grizzlies.
Braden Chapman led the defending state champions with 20 points, while Cole Chapman and Cameron Manns scored 11 points apiece.
Ammar Maxwell added 10 and Sam Jordan chipped in eight points.
Colby Pishner scored 21 for Nicholas County (10-11) who hosts Oak Hill Thursday.
