Hico – PikeView held off a Midland Trail rally to secure a 68-62 win over the Patriots in Hico Monday.
Drew Damewood scored 19 points for the Panthers without committing a turnover while playing the entire game. David Thomas led the way with 20 points while Nathan Riffe scored 13.
Matt Light led Midland Trail and all scorers with 26 points while Eli Campbell netted 16.

AJ Walker led Jefferson with 18 points.
The Cavaliers will play Mount Hope in the WVCAT in Summersville on Thursday.
