Jared Vestal added 21 points in the win for the Panthers while Nathan Riffe pitched in nine.
Colby Pishner led Nicholas County with 19 points while Briar Bailes scored 13.
Nicholas County drops to 1-8 and will travel to Shady Spring on Thursday. PikeView improves to 3-9 and will travel to Independence on Friday.

The Mavericks held a 12-point lead after a quarter and pulled away in the second, poring in 31 points for a 52-17 lead at the break. Collin Fox added 15 in the win and Cameron Thomas 16.
Kobie Neal led the Generals with 11 in the loss.
The Mavericks improve to 13-1 and will host River View on Friday.
