Summersville – Princeton took a commanding first half lead a cruised past Nicholas County 71-43 Friday night.
Nick Bailey and Zayden Neely scored 19 points apiece and Jayce Gumm added 18 for the Tigers (7-4). Britt Beasley added 11 points.
Trey Stump had 19 points for the Grizzlies (5-8) who travel to Summers County Saturday.

Hico – The Patriots trailed 14-2 after one quarter, but rallied to take a 48-37 win over visiting Summers County Friday night.
Thad Brown and Levi Skaggs scored 11 points apiece and Payton Bailes added eight for Trail. Ben Harrison chipped in seven points.
Ryan Oliveros and Robey Brown paced Summers with 10 points each and Damien Fullen scored nine.

M.J. Patton led the way with 21 points, followed by Kyler Carpenter who had a double-double, scoring 15 points and grabbing 13 rebounds.
Eli Patton added nine points and had six assists, while Chance Watkins scored seven and had five rebounds.
Brady Harris led the Soldiers with 16 points and Bryce Ray scored f13.

Cole Nelson led the Red Devils with 17 points, followed by Tom Jones with 13 and Brent Conley had 12.
