Meadow Bridge – Corey Coen found Josiah Morgan for a 16-yard touchdown strike with 12.2 seconds left on the clock to lift Clay-Battelle (4-3) to an upset road win over Class A No. 8 Meadow Bridge 34-28 Friday night.
Meadow Bridge quarterback Braydon Thomas scored on a four-yard run and Bow Wykle added the two point conversion to tie the game at 28-28 with 5:23 to play setting up the dramatic finish.
Thomas rushed for 71 yards and had two scores, while Wykle added 96 yards and another score. Kaiden Sims led the Wildcats with 147 yards on 16 carries with one going for a touchdown.
Coen had two touchdown passe for Cee-Bees and freshman Caleb Hall rushed for two scores.
