Buffalo – Greenbrier West scored five first quarter touchdowns en route to a 59-0 thrashing of Buffalo.
The second half was played with six minute quarters and a running clock at the agreement of both teams.
The Cavaliers dominated the Bison defensively recording back-to-back safeties along with an Ethan Holliday 70-yard interception return for a touchdown. Buffalo was held to 44 totals yards and had negative 13 yards on the ground.
Cole Vandall threw for three touchdowns and Jake Pate ran for two scores to lead Greenbrier West.
Isaac Agee and Moses Gray had rushing touchdowns, while Roy Loudermilk, Tucker Lilly and Colten Dunbar were on the receiving end of Vandall’s throws.
Greenbrier West is off Friday before hosting Shady Spring in two weeks.
