Meadow Bridge 39, Gilmer County 26
Glenville – Kaiden Sims ran wild Friday night to lead Class A No. 11 Meadow Bridge to a 39-27 win over Gilmer County.
The junior tailback tallied 409 yards on 30 carries and found the end zone six times in the win.
Sims had four touchdown runs of 37 yards or better with a long of 70 yards in the first quarter. Three scores came in the fourth quarter to open up a one-point game.
Offense was not his only contribution, Sims recorded 17 total tackles as well.
Meadow Bridge (4-1) hosts Clay-Battelle Friday night.
