Oak Hill – Oak Hill scored the first 42 points of the game Friday against Lincoln County, earning a 42-12 victory against the Panthers in Oak Hill.
The win was the 500th in program history, dating back to 1921.
Five different Red Devils scored in the win with J.D. Mauritz pacing the team with two scores and 91 yards rushing. Malachi Lewis threw for 111 yards and a score while Zychaeus Lewis interpreted two passes for the 3-1 Red Devils.
Oak hill will aim for its first 4-1 start since 2018 when it travels to Ripley next Friday.
