Man – Down its leading receiver and starting QB, Shady Spring gave a spirted effort, ultimately coming up short in a 22-20 loss at Class A No. 4 Man Friday night.
Gavin Davis was the bell cow for the Tigers in the loss, rushing for 174 yards and two scores on 15 carries.
Cal Culicerto added a touchdown pass, connecting with Josiah McKoy on a 28-yard scoring streak.
Shady (3-4) will host Wyoming East next week.
