Spencer – Shady Spring stumbled in its opener, falling 36-12 at Roane County.
The Tigers found the end zone twice as QB Cal Culicerto connected with Aiden Lester on a score and Evan Romage scored a rushing touchdown.
The Tigers aim to rebound next week when they travel to James Monroe.
