Beckley’s defense smothered perennial Class AA-A contender Charleston Catholic Tuesday evening as the Flying Eagles claimed a 4-0 victory over the Irish at the Paul Clie Memorial Youth Sports Complex in Beckley.
The Flying Eagles allowed just one shot on goal,
Hagen Hall secured a pair of goals in the 13th and 15th minutes while Tyler Snyder aded another in the 33rd minute. Michael Fayiah added the fourth and final goal in the 50th minute.
