Oak Hill 4, Bluefield 3
OAK HILL – The Red Devils scored two second half goals to beat Bluefield 4-3 Thursday night.
Chance Minor, Andrew Callahan and Keltan Harper each scored a goal for Oak Hill, while Eli Calloway knocked in the game winner.
Will Looney had a hat trick for the Beavers.
Both teams are back on the pitch Saturday when Oak Hill hosts Nitro at noon and Bluefield host Shady Spring at 1:45 p.m.
Mercer Christian 3, Ignite Athletics (Huntington) 1
Mercer Christian scored two late goals to pull off a 3-1 nail biting win over Ignite Athletics out Huntington Thursday evening. Shaye Basham’s goal I the 76th minute proved to be the difference and for good measure he assisted on Toby Bailey’s in the 79th minute.
MCA improves to 3-1 and will play Cross Lanes at home on Saturday at 3.

MCA Middle School defeated Ignite Athletics (Huntington, WV) 6-0 Tuesday to improve to 3-0-1. Adam Jones scored MCA’s first three goals and assisted on its fourth in the win. The Cavaliers will host Cross Lanes on Saturday
