CHARLESTON – Woodrow Wilson boys soccer continued its late season push with a 1-1 tie on the road at George Washington Tuesday night.
Coby Dillon scored the goal for the Flying Eagles in the 39th minute and Woodrow keeper Nick Gunnoe had six saves.
The Beckley boys had seven shots on goal against the Patriots who have won four of the last six Class AAA state titles.
Woodrow Wilson (8-1-4) travels to Huntington Saturday for a 1 p.m. match with the Highlanders.
