Welch – The Golden Knights exploded in the first inning and rolled past Meadow Bridge 22-6 in three innings.
Kayleigh Rose had a triple, a home run and three RBI, while Taylor Tessner smacked two doubles and drove in four runs to lead Mount View.
Shiann Carter had a double in her two-hit night. Phoebe Dudgeon and Jasmine Rose each had two hits and an RBI.
The win was the third in a row for the Golden Knights and the fourth in the last five games.

Union Pines 11, Greenbrier East 6
Myrtle Beach – Greenbrier East continued its Myrtle Beach tour Tuesday with a pair of games, downing Riverside 9-7 and falling 11-6 to Union Pines.
Taylor Boswell and Alanis McClary both excelled against Riverside with three hits each while Lily Carola drove in three runs.
Kayla Bartley secured the win.
In the loss to Union Pines Boswell’s bat remained hot as she pounded out two hits. Jenna Groves added three RBIs in the win.
