Greenbrier East breezed by Buckhannon-Upshur 9-0 on the road Friday.
Alanis McClary collected three hits and drove in two runs in addition to the two runs Kayla Bartley drove in.
Bartley was excellent in the circle again, striking out 12 in the shutout.
Liberty 7, Nicholas County 6
Summersville – Liberty bounced back from a 5-0 deficit Friday to claim a 7-6 win over Nicholas County in Summersville.
The Raiders scored the winning run in the top of the sixth while, holding the hosts scoreless over the final four innings of the game.
Josie Hartshorn, who hit a home run, and McKinlea Hill collected two hits and drove in a pair of runs each.
