Wyoming East 15, PikeView 12
Gardner – Wyoming East scored three runs in the top of the seventh inning to defeat PikeView 15-12 Thursday night.
Makinlei Hatfield had three hits, while Alivia Monroe and Kiley Shrewsbury scored four times for the Warriors.
Zoey Tupper had a double and an RBI for the Panthers.
Greenbrier East 11, Nicholas County 2 (5 innings)
Fairlea – Gracie Gumm had two hits, including a double, and four RBI to lead Greenbrier East past Nicholas County 11-2 in five innings.
Lily Corola had a double as part of her two-hit night and also collected the win in the circle with eight strikeouts.
Hailey Ervin had a double and a single and drove in two runs and Haley Byars smacked a double.
Greenbrier West 18, James Monroe 0 (4 innings)
Gardner – Brilee Redden had a double, a single and three RBI and fired a one-hit shutout with nine strikeouts to lead Greenbrier West past James Monroe 18-0 Thursday.
Brooklyn Adkins added a double, a triple and drove in three runs, while Preslee Treadway had a triple, a single and two RBI for the Cavaliers.
Julia Herndon collected two hits and had three RBI and Maddie Fields hit a double and scored three times.
Midland Trail 7, Liberty 5
Midland Trail jumped out to a 6-0 lead and held off Liberty 7-5 Thursday in Glen Daniel.
Nevaeh Hall had three hits and three RBI, while Madison Rader and Raygen Parsons also had three hits and one RBI.
Rader also had 13 strikeouts in the circle and allowed just two earned runs.
Katie Mullens and Hailey Brown had two hits each for the Raiders Brown also had an RBI. McKinlea Hill had a double and one RBI.
Bluefield 20, Princeton 3 (3 innings)
Princeton – Bluefield pounded out 21 hits to roll past county rival Princeton 20-3 in three innings Thursday.
Maddie Lawson had a home run and four RBI, while Cara Brown, Sophie Hall and Taylor Mabry each had three RBI. Mabry had two doubles and Audra Rockness had a double and one RBI.
Grace Richardson had a triple, a double and single with two RBI and Izzy Smith had three hits.
Abbigail Harvey had a home run and three RBI for the Tigers.
St. Albans 2, Beckley 1
St. Albans – Aubrey Smallwood fanned 16 batters and did not allow an earned run in a tough-luck loss to St. Albans 2-1.
The Red Dragons scored runs in the sixth before walking it off in the seventh,
Sarah Hopkins drove in the lone run for the Flying Eagles.
Mount View 19, Summers County 2 (3 innings)
Hinton – Mount View scored 13 runs in the third inning en route to a 19-2 win over Summers County.
Phoebe Dudgeon had a double and four RBI to lead the Golden Knights and Caidence Shatley had three RBI. Malayah Barnes walked three times and scored four runs, while Shiann Carter had two RBI.
Shaelin Mann had a double for the Bobcats.
