New Richmond – Man pitcher Morgan Cooper struck out 14 as the ‘Billies defeated Wyoming East 3-1 Tuesday evening in New Richmond.
Olivia Hylton led the charge for East at the plate with two hits while Kayley Bane had the only other of the game for the Lady Warriors. Savannah Brehm drove in the team’s only run.
Baylee Muncy led Man with two hits.
East drops to 2-3 and will host Liberty on Wednesday.

Coal City – Sarah Bragg, Alyssa Daniels and Savannah Stanley drove in two runs each Tuesday as Independence defeated Midland Trial 11-1 in five innings in Coal City.
Daniels led all batters with two hits each while Delaney Buckland struck out four in three innings of work.
Meghan Gill led Trail with one of its three hits, taking the loss on the circle.
Independence will host Greenbrier East on Wednesday at 5:30.

Narrows – Shannon Phipps collected four hits, driving in five runs as James Monroe defeated Narrows 30-0 in five innings Tuesday night.
The Mavericks exploded for 10 runs in the second inning, tacking on at least five in each of the final three frames. Chloe Shires drove in five runs as well with Haley Hunnicutt adding three hits for the Mavericks and Bryleigh Thomas collecting four more.
Thomas also picked up the win in the circle, pitching all five inning and yielding just one hit while striking out 12.
James Monroe will host Beckley on Thursday.
