Princeton – Beckley swept a Region 3, Section 2 quad-match Tuesday evening in Princeton, beating all three of its sectional foes.
After dropping its first set 25-23 to rival Greenbrier East, the Flying Eagles reeled off 25-15 and 25-8 wins over the Spartans.
They rolled in their next two matches winning 2-0 over Oak Hill (25-18 and 25-9) and Princeton (25-8 and 25-12).
On the evening Beckley’s Elysia Salon racked up 17 kills, 12 aces and 15 digs. Teammate Abby Dillon piled up 37 assists to go along with 25 digs. Abby Wooton added 16 digs and eight aces to round out the evening for the Flying Eagles.
Greenbrier East finished 2-1 on the day with 2-0 wins over Princeton (25-21 and 25-22) and Oak Hill (25-5 and 25-13).
