PRINCETON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Princeton man has been arrested for distributing child porn.
According to the West Virginia State Police, a cyber tip was received through KIK of 13 videos of female juveniles performing sexual acts.
Throughout the investigation, troopers obtained search warrants and identified the suspect as Virgil Bailey Jr., the creator and user of the KIK account.
The events took place in Princeton in October 2023.
Bailey was arrested and charged with distribution of child porn and child erotica. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 50,000 dollar cash-only bond.
