CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) — New public reports show Morrsisey 2024 and Black Bear PAC collectively ending 2025 with $3.38 million cash on hand. Pro-Morrisey groups enter 2026 with the resources to encourage the legislature to advance his pocketbook agenda of lower income taxes, his 50 for 50 energy plan, and key economic development initiatives.
Black Bear PAC reported $2.58 million cash on hand, and Morrisey 2024 reported $1.3 million cash on hand at the end of 2025.
The huge 2025 fundraising haul follows the governor’s successful first year in office, during which he advanced economic development, cut red tape, and built the fiscal foundation for West Virginia to thrive.
“Thanks to the success of Governor Morrisey’s first year in office, he enters 2026 with the political strength and resources necessary to advance his agenda,” said Scott Will, Senior Advisor to Black Bear PAC. “Governor Morrisey is committed to making West Virginia that shining state in the mountains, and Black Bear PAC and other allies are standing ready to do what’s necessary to support his efforts in 2026 and beyond.”
