BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Commission will meet next week for the commission’s Regular Session meeting at which $250,000 could go to the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office for the purchase of new police vehicles.
Scheduled for 10:00am on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, the meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, December 3, 2024, but was postponed a week.
Also expected to be discussed at Tuesday’s meeting along with the purchase of $250,000 in police vehicles for the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office will be purchase of snow plow from J&J Fabricating in the amount of $10,319.40 and more.
