RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County man is behind bars after he allegedly had sex with a minor.
According to the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office, from July 1, 2025, to August 16, 2025, Donald Michael Barclay, 57, of Beaver, did engage in sexual intercourse with a juvenile who was younger than 15 years old.
According to detectives, Barclay med with the minor on three separate occasions, where he would perform sexual acts.
Barclay is charged with three counts of sexual assault in the third degree and three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. He is being held in Southern Regional Jail under an $800,000 cash-only bond.
