RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County man has been charged after allegedly sending and receiving pornographic messages and images to a juvenile.
According to the West Virginia State Police, Austin Eckert sent images and videos of a 16-year-old via Snapchat earlier this year.
Eckert also advised his parole officer that he sent images. The parole officer told police that Eckart tried to set up a plan to move to Ohio with the victim. He admitted that he knew the age of the victim and that messages and pictures had been exchanged for over a year.
Eckert is charged with child porn and solicitation of a minor.
