BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority (RCPRA) is thrilled to welcome the community back to our local parks for the upcoming summer season.
As we prepare for a summer of fun, we are excited to announce the official 2026 opening dates and updated hours for Lake Stephens.
The Lake Stephens splash pad and beach will officially open on Saturday, May 23. The aqua park will open for weekends on May 23 and open daily beginning June 8. This year, all three amenities will operate daily from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Admission & Pricing
- Beach Entry: $5
- Splash Pad Daily Pass: $10 (Includes beach entry)
Private Party Rentals: Interested in a private party? Lake Stephens offers private rentals for the beach and splash pad. Private party slots are available daily from 9:45 AM – 11:45 AM and 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM.
Please note that all openings and scheduled times are weather permitting.
