RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office is encouraging residents to participate in its annual Angel Tree program, aimed at helping individuals and families in need during the holiday season.
Community members are invited to visit the Angel Tree, located at the Raleigh County Tax Department at 215 Main Street in Beckley, and select an ornament representing a person to assist.
Participants are asked to purchase gifts and return them by December 10.
Gifts should be placed in gift bags only and labeled with the corresponding ornament number to ensure proper distribution.
Anyone with questions about the program can contact Cindy Bolen at 304-461-5090.
The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office says the effort offers residents an opportunity to “bless a person in need” and support local families during the holidays.
