RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County woman has been charged following a drug investigation tied to activity at a local residence.
According to a criminal complaint, police executed a search warrant at a Beckley residence on February 16, 2026.
During the search, Lynette Stewart allegedly admitted to allowing individuals to sell illegal drugs from the residence.
Investigators also state Stewart was present at the home on February 12, 2026, when a controlled drug purchase was conducted by law enforcement.
Stewart was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. She is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail on a $7,500 bond.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
