BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A Raleigh County woman is charged with prostitution in Beckley.
Beckley Police say they were performing an undercover prostitution sting after numerous complaints within the city of Beckley. On March 14, 2024, police observed a white female standing on the corner of 2nd and 3rd Avenue.
Police asked the suspect, later identified as Pamela Seidel if she needed a ride, and she immediately entered the vehicle. During the conversation, Seidel offered to give “everything” referring to sexual activities for 40 dollars.
The suspect was arrested for solicitation of prostitution. Seidel is currently in Southern Regional Jail under a 2,000 dollar bond.
During the same prostitution sting, others were also arrested.
