BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Raleigh County Parks and Recreation Authority is thrilled to announce the launch of Rollin’ Rec, our new mobile recreation unit coming to a Raleigh County Park near you! Rollin’ Rec is designed to bring games, activities, and community fun directly to parks across Raleigh County.
We invite the press and the public to join us for the ribbon-cutting at our first stop, Dry Hill Prosperity Park, on Tuesday, June 23, at 5:00 PM. Stick around from 5:30 to 7:30 for lawn games, recreation activities, organized group play, and free family-friendly fun for all ages! Don’t worry if you can’t make it; Rollin’ Rec will be at Fitzpatrick Park on July 21st from 5:30-7:30.
That’s not all! We are excited to launch Movies on the Move! A free outdoor movie of your choosing, follow us on our socials to vote next week on what movies we will be showing.
